This hotel was excellent base for exploring Alma, appreciated it. Venue staff are VERY NICE.

The room was dirty, we expected better.

The pool is not working. There are roaches in the hotel. WiFi took me a long time to get connected. The beds are hard as a rock. I would NOT recommend this hotel to any one. I said something about calling health inspector and the guy laughed saying they called orkin they come out had them spray 4 rooms so they could show the health inspector that they were trying. Skip this whole area and go to my pleasant. When I told them I wanted my money back they had a sign saying no refunds.
